LeBron James has agreed to a three-year contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers, which will likely make him the highest paid player in the National Basketball Association. "I just want to let you all know I'm re-signing back with the Cleveland Cavaliers, my hometown team," James said on his website Uninterrupted. James, a three-time NBA champion, did not release details of the contract but US sports broadcaster ESPN reported that it was worth $100 million and would pay him $31 million in the first year and $33 million in the second, making him the league's highest-paid player for the first time in his career.
