At their little convention in NYC, the NAACP announced what they call a "rapid response system." The idea is to get people with cell phones to capture videos and pictures of police "misconduct" and send those videos to the NAACP. The NAACP will then send back a form to be filled out giving details of the bad po-po.
The NAACP does NOT, however, have a program whereby citizens can take cell phone videos of gang activity or people committing crimes and forward them to any one for any action.
