life is not what it seems(a poem)

Sitting here, staring blankly
Waiting for hope
(to come and save me)

The look in my eyes
Looking past the cold stare
(sitting in a dark place)

In a dark corner
(is where I feel safe)
Away from life
(distilled in my mind)

Look in to my eyes
(and tell me everything is alright)
Tell me everything is fine
(everything will get better)

Self reflection
(leads to self hate and distrust)
My reflection in the mire
makes me want to scream
(till I cant breath)
Then maybe I would be happy

Maybe I could finally let go
(and no one would care)
I would , I hope
(go unnoticed)
By the people who could care less
Missed only by few
(but not many)

My reflection of my physical self
(makes me sick)
I want to run and hide
(never to be seen again)

oh.. wow... um.. i really really like it.. infact.. i wrote a poem just like that... about 5 days ago... that is scary..... get out of my head.. lol just kiddin... ne waiz. its really really good...i mean the similarites between our poems are so much.. like they have almost the same words.. but a difference.. im very um occupied right now.. comparing them.. it is so wierd!.. but i really do like it!
