Limp Bizkit VS. Linkin Park

I'm not sure if there has been a thread about this before, but I did a search and it didn't look like it. Well... I don't know about you, but I constantly hear that Linkin Park copied Limp Bizkit and bla bla bla. I was wondering... what do you think? Who's better and do you think LP copied LB? And who's a better rapper... Mike or Fred?

Chester Bennington > Fred Durst

Mike Smith (I think his name) < Brad Delson > Wes Borland

Rob Borudon < John Otto

Pheonix < Sam (can't ever remeber his last name)

Mr. Hahn = DJ Lethal (there both good)

Overall

Linkin Park's songs have more meaning and they didn't sell out like Fred Durst did. Fred really runin Limp.

Victory: Linkin Park

...The Unquestionable Truth CD is awsome though....I love both bands...but LB wins instrumentally LP wins overall though...

Yeah Sam is probably the most talented guy in Limp Bizkit...I think both bands are great...but if I have to choose, I clearly go with Linkin Park...they are much better for my taste...I also think that Mr.Hahn is clearly the better DJ...anyone heard some news about "The Unquestionable Truth Part 2" ?

Limp Bizkit have the most embarrasing frontman in history, the band its self is talented enough but they never really fulfil their potential because of the limits rap rock impose on bands. My advice, kick fred and change genre.

O yea LP are much better then LB, especially seeing the last 3 or so LB releases have been trash and amongst the worst albums of the year all 3 times...... yah not good for them lol.

BTW LP and LB arent the same at all and LB werent the first Rap/Rock act they where amongst the first comercially succesful ones mind u though rap rock/metal has been going on since the last 80's and early 90's when the genre actually had some promise. LP on the other hand are alternative or nu-metal though its hard to fit them into an exact genre.

I agree with Matt... Fred Durst just ruins it all, personally I can't stand him, therefore I can't listen to these guys... LINKIN PARK RULES!!! There's no comparison I think so I won't comment any further...

LP definately didn't copy LB!

LP is so much better band with awesome music!

I like only a few songs from LB...I don't really listen to them...

LP wins it all! \m/ :D

LINKIN PARK wins this one. LIMP BIZKIT is great, **** FRED DURST sucks big time, the only thing he can come up with in his songs are ****. But they have a couple of great songs like BREAK STUFF, N 2 GETHER NOW, ROLLIN' and so on, but there music is out of date in comparison with LINKIN PARK.

I can't wait for TUTP Part 2...I loved one but Fred said it will be different from TUTP1 and back to roots :'( but if he means 3 Dolla Bill 'Ya its all good :D

^Just because your are here doesn't necessarily mean you would choose LP over LB... I personally would.. but that may not be the case for all.. Plus alot of people here don't even like LP that much any more.

I personally dont hate on Fred Durst. I still have respect for him. He changed... ooooh big deal. Whats the deal with change & no one accepting that? LP is changing... Are you going to hate them too? Anywho... the point is.. I think Fred Durst is still cool.

You can tell by how much limp bizkit ****** up behind blue eyes that they don't deserve a career.

I respect your opinion and Limpbizkit rocks.. but.. Wes Borland -> Brad Delson. Its just a fact. Just take a look at TUTP1.

Like you said, i love both bands aswell. Limpbizkit wins at the music, Linkin Park on the lyrics.
