I have a program called WinMX and you can download just about anything you search for. It's the best program because it's not illegal. LOL Go to www.winmx.com and download the program. It's worth it.

Acid Pro, Cool edit, or any remix program can do it I guess. Go to Agents site and its says all the programs he used to make his remixes. Then just get one of those and see. But most of the time you can still hear a little bit of vocals in it.
