Hahninator
they edit that shit too much. seriously, if I was to place my rig in the back of that room and record SOTD, I think it'd sound much better than that. that's mastered to much for me and in my opinion if you master LP live too much it ruins it. even the live SBDs don't capture the feeling of the show. I prefer a good, audience recording any day over a soundboard patch, unless it's done right. the only SBD audio I've ever heard that effectively mixes the crowd and the band is Rock am Ring. and still, I'd rather have a lossless crowd recording that pwns instead of that. it just captures the fans way better, the atmosphere a hell of a lot better (it doesn't sound like a damn studio recording) and I prefer it a LOT more. GraDoN
yeah i agree the SDBs puts way too much focus on the band and leaves the crowd out during the song Quote http://www.sucksbbs.net/data/MetaMirrorCache/095443c5f5914cdd05b1d389456c201e.jpg http://www.sucksbbs.net/data/MetaMirrorCache/8df3638f80a4f010e06ef2c959f426e8.gif http://www.sucksbbs.net/data/MetaMirrorCache/fe80ab99471398f0ef121d8f90c31038.jpg
