love? is it a waste of time or not?

Personally i think love can suck. you get hurt no matter what. either they will cheat or lie and treat you like ****, or they will die. oh they also use the 3 lil words " I love you" as a means of getting laid. so how do you trully know what love is or when someone feels it? the word gets thrown around so much these days. i had an ex who claimed he loved me with all hid heart yet he lied to me constently and then cheated. and when i took him back he still lied. is that love? i woudl just liek everyone opnion. oh and soemone told me that it depends if its with the rigth person. is there a right person?

"I love you" is 8 letters long. But then again so is "BULLSHIT" ;)

I'm a bit iffy with the love thing as well. Indeed, I love my friends and my family a lot! But love with another guy, nope I haven't properly experianced it to it's full potential as of yet haha. I'll let you know when I do >.> IF I do.

I believe it exists. You know where you meet that special someone, you think about him / her all day, they'll be there for you no matter what, encourages you to be the best person you are, loves you for who you are, doesn't care about your flaws and loves you more because of them, cheers you up when you're down, pick you up when you fall, faces your fears together *Snaps out of corny sappy cliche stuff*

You get what I'm saying. So it sounds to me like that isn't love. More like **** =P Don't go around with that kinda negative thinking =P Not all guys are gonna be faithful, but you meet somebody amazing someday ;)

Oh, so how do you know who the "right" person is? Another cliche coming up lol... but "follow you heart" ;) Yup yup! Or follow this guys quote:

I do believe in true love, I'm in love with my girlfriend and I believe she loves me... I have experienced love before, I've been in love and been hurt by it...

But love can be a wonderful thing, if you do find true love, be happy. It can pass you by...

I definately think it exists.

I think it's when you are crazy about the person. When you're thinking about her almost every second of the day and can't stand being away from her. When you think everything about her is perfect when, in reality, it probably isn't.

And to answer the question: No, it isn't a waste of time at all.

That's my two cents.

all is not fair in love and war....love hurts more and is more expensive emotionally

true love has 8 letters and bullshit does too.......

i dont know lol...i guess i have just had bad luck with love.....and i think personally its a waste of time...

there is that "1 person" thing.....but 1 person could come to you when you are like 80 years old......that one person may not be the most perfect person in the world but its the one person you could never live without.....

love is no bueno. its been 10 months since i saw the person i love. he screwed me over. and now i never talk to him...I was with him for 9 months and he was the best thing that ever happened to me.

so maybe LOVE doesnt suck....but ... what love does to you sucks.

love is no bueno. its been 10 months since i saw the person i love. he screwed me over. and now i never talk to him...I was with him for 9 months and he was the best thing that ever happened to me.
so maybe LOVE doesnt suck....but ... what love does to you sucks.

I read your story thing. thats really sad. im srry to hear that. same thing happened with my ex except we were together for 2 and 1/2 years and he decided we coudl stay friends but lied to me the whoel time. but i still went out with him again. but about 3 or 4 months ago we broke up for the final time and to tell you the truth i couldnt be happier. cuz my new boyfriend is the best guy ever. so honestly i know the pain your talking about. but it goes away after a long time. and now im thinking i knew i loved my ex but i dotn think i was in true love with him. i coudlnt be. because everyhting with my new bf feels so much better. but im srry again to hear again that you got burned. keep your head up. and thats why i love to hate love cuz it can hurt liek ****.

I believe there is the perfect someone out there. But I found second or maybe third best. I have three children to this man. I wish sometimes I was still single, but wouldn't take the world if it was offered to me for my three beautiful kids. Second or third best does sometimes have its compensations :-D
