Doing reference build of Windows 7 Prof. x86 SP1. Adding to workgroup, not domain.
Running LTISuspend.wsf after applications install for further customization.
Have "Work" set in OOBE for NetworkLocation.
After unpausing TS, TS continues through steps, and runs sysprep, the Network Location Wizard pops up. I have to choose an option and do a manual reboot to kick off moving the TS to Apply Windows PS ( BCD ) and Create WIM.
Most of the time the capture will then fail, rc = 193 failed to import BDC store and failed to modify BCD store.
Hotfix 2028749 is part of SP1, so no help there...
Added reg key:HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\NewNetworkWindowOff
Added RunSynchronosCommand to the specialize run in the unattend.xml: reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Signatures\FirstNetwork" /v Category /t REG_DWORD /d 00000001 /f
