Make-Ur-LifeA-Living-Hell
How could u not like MGS3 jeepx? I think it's AT LEAST on par with MGS1 and we all no the second one sucked!
jeepxj4021
I like the gameplay and the graphics. but i really hate prequils. and i found the storyline pretty piss poor in comparison to the rest. and the entire character of Ocelot pissed me off. evreything about him. i don't even know where to start. but I did like the gameplay. i own both 1 and 2, and the early nintendo versions but i havn't bought 3. phreakwars
What Genre is it and is it on PC?? I'm more into the classic M.A.M.E Emulator games, and a few RPG's like the FF7 AND 8, And of course the Sims, but I like trying new games every now and then for shits and giggles. I don't own an X-Box or PS-2 (DON'T REALLY WANT ONE) but I do enjoy fragging someone on line every couple weeks. Gotta fucking make use of all this Power in my PC sometime. UT2004 Kicks azz.. . . Make-Ur-LifeA-Living-Hell
MGS3 is only on PS2. Your missing out if u don't play it. The graphics are pretty good 4 playstation2. I think it would have been perfect tho if it were on Xbox. Xbox is the best.

I am a huge fan of UT2004 and the Final fantasy series. I also liked Metal Gear Solid. I have part 3 but for some damn reason I just cannot get into it as much as MGS. I think it would have been perfect tho if it were on Xbox. Xbox is the best. XBox DOES have higher capabilities than the PS2, but I've never seen ANYONE on ANY SYSTEM surpass Square-Softs graphics. Star Ocean Three and FFXII are just amazing... And I still don't own MGS3... I am still getting the rest of the RPG's I need: Arc The Lad .Hack Tales of Destiny (1 and 2) Tales of Fantism >_< Quote Muslim, and proud of it. And I know most "system" gamers wouldn't consider the PC a system, but the graphics for EQ2, running on extreme quality mind you, blow the living shit outta anything on Ps2/Xbox/Gamecube. Outlaw2747
It is actually an easy game. Not even 40 hours if you know what you are doing. The "created" monsters in the monster arena are a different story. Outlaw2747
I'm still haunted by nightmares of dodging the lightning strikes. That part was just annoying. But dodge a certain number to obtain Kimarhi's ultimate weapon. I think...been a long time. Mr X
Yess! I love that game, its one of my favourites! I'd say MGS3 is the best of the series. I absolutley love the theme music (the song) at the beginning. Gaddamn it, Hideo kojima is a Genius...I originally played syphon filter(loved it)on the original p.s(eons ago)...I actually bought the series..Then I asked a buddy to recommend a game that was similar or better(we know the mountain of shit games that supported the original p.s and I wanted to get only the best games)...He said try Metal Gear Solid..hahahaha that was the best advice ever given to me.Within half an hour of finding my bearings with the controls...I was absolutely hooked.I'm referring to MGS 1...I've not played MGS2 ,but from you guys...it sounds like a dissappointment(I'll play it anyways).I've played a bit of splinter cell...but urrrgghh not me. Loved the intro song to MSG1 That haunting"The best is yet to come" sung in gaelic...I scored the MSG1 soundtrack cd in a bargain bin...man was I Well when I get back into MSG(If I can convince my brother to lend me his XBOX)...I will have to play MGS2...then go on to MGS3..Damn I'm missing out
Outlaw2747
Finally beat MSG3 after neglecting it for a while. I regret doing that, the game is PURE genius. EVA has to be the best female character in all the series, definitely tough and sneaky. Snake is THE MAN, too bad The Boss kicks his ass left and right throughout the game. And the support you talk to are alot funnier than in the previous games. And the young Ocelot was definitely a nice twist and his character ruled. Volgin was very much evil, though he would tie somewhere with Liquid. As for the Shagohod, it was an impressive machine, a better challenge than the automated Metal Gear Ray legion. I give this game a 10/10.
