Mexico building a wall?

It couldn't be, not the same Mexico who even filed lawsuits against Arizona for their unfair treatments of illegal immigrants and the way they joined forced with President Obama to talk trash about America, there is no way they would be building a fence on their southern border to defend their border now could they?

Well according to Raul Diaz, the head administrator of the Mexican Superintendency of Tax Administration, that is exactly what they are going to do. Mexico has had a problem with illegal immigrants and contraband on their border with Guatemala so their solution?

Build a wall.

I did verify the quote on a bunch of stories before using it and it does seem to be real so it seems pretty funny that Mexico can build a wall to stop illegals crossing and the smuggling but America can't?
