Make drug sales just like alcohol sales. Takes a lot less government than building prisons and hiring law officers and crowding our court system. Don't see the BUdweiser and Miller people shooting each other.

I agree, legalize the drugs... you'll get your first time thrill seekers which will increase the demand at first, but it will all die down like alcohol did but be less of a problem.

That's not less government, just different. It would still take a lot of government involvement to regulate those drugs, tax them, etc.

Maybe just pot, but not the harder stuff. Try talking some sense to some wacko high as a kite hallucinating some crazy attacking someone. Also, I don't believe drugs like meth should ever be legalized, that's some evil, nasty stuff right there:
