Turn off reading pane for all folders including personal folders.
When a customer here is trying to add in another persons mailbox folders which were converted into a personal folder for them to have and not gain access to the original inbox to send emails as that person, the reading pane is on for all folders in the personal folders. I've tried disabling the reading pane but it seems we have to individually for each folder. Is there a speedier process to change it for all folders?
