Original Title: Problem with Icon and its wording

I downloaded your Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Version. It was referred by a friend. I did the Full Scan and the icon on tool bar stayed green for about 2 days. Then it turned red. I did another full scan and it turned red the next day. It says Your Computer May Be Unprotected.

The Anti-virus program it replaced stayed green and never told me this. It was from a totally different company than Microsoft.

So I did a Quick Scan and the icon didn't even change to green, it stayed red and still continues to say I may be unprotected.

If this continues, I may be forced to uninstall this program and go back to the other company as I am getting tired of having to do a Quick Scan before I go online.

My wife also downloaded it onto her computer and she too is having the same problem.
