Microsoft Security Essentials will not allow me to remove Worm:Win32/Vobfus.F

Microsoft Security Essentials detected several Worm:Win32/Vobfus.F threats on my computer after a scan. I have been able to delete them all apart from one, for which there is no option to remove.

I have tried looking for solutions online to manually delete it and have found several guides (e.g. http://blog.teesupport.com/manually-remove-vobfus-f-trojan-virus-vobfus-f-removal-tool/) but I cannot find all the files to delete, specifically:
