I am using Microsoft Office 2010 and am utalizing Outlook 2010 with Business Contact Manager. I am having a problem when trying to link documents created in Word to Business Contact Manager. When attempting to insert I receive the following error

I have checked to make sure that outlook is my default mail program and it is
I have also checked to make sure I have a working Outlook Profile.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a solution to fix this. I have checked the rest of the computers I manage and they are all set up the same way. They seem to work with no problems. I appreciate your thoughts.
