Major League Baseball is taking steps to speed up the pace of play in 2015, including a clock to time breaks between innings and pitching changes. Other initiatives announced on Friday include the enforcement of the batter's box rule. "These changes represent a step forward in our efforts to streamline the pace of play," said Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred. The batter's box rule will require batters to keep at least one foot in the box.
