MSE is seeing Caphaw.A that no other malware or spyware program is, why?

MSE is seeing a caphaw.a infection on my laptop. It says its deleted 26 instances of it in the last 3 days but it keeps coming back and can't seem to pick up the source. I did a full scan on MSE, a full scan on Malwarebytes, a full scan on Spybot but the two later couldn't pick it up. I even looked into manual removal but none of the files or processes listed were present.

Any help?
