The public ceremony, which began with a Koranic chant, capped two days of remembrance honoring the three-time heavyweight world champion known as "The Greatest," who died last week at 74 after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Former president Bill Clinton and comedian Billy Crystal were to eulogize the legendary fighter, after a funeral procession through Louisville, the largest city in the southern state of Kentucky where Ali was born at a time of racial segregation.
