my frend neads help regestering

he wants to regester but it wont take his pass word it tells him that the pass word is case-sensitiv but its all in lower-case letters

have him try it in all upper-case letters, sometimes the capslock button will be on, and the light will glitch and not show it. and when you put passwords in it displays a * so you wont be able to tell.
