My hotmail accounts security is compromised

My hotmail accounts security has been compromised by hotmail maintenance people. Now my account is coming up in urdu or Arabic language and it is purposely being done. I started getting these threatening emails from windows live team that if I did not provide my name, date of birth and other personal information they would shut down my account. After that it is going to some u.k. address as well The customer service for this product sucks. Need help. Please tell me why is it coming in some urdu/ arabic.
