My Windows Vista Business Service Pack 2 won't create desktop.ini files anymore.

Original Title: Vista won't create desktop.ini Last week I noticed my computer running Vista Business SP2 won't create desktop.ini files anymore. So if I want to set a folder template to Pictures or Music, it won't keep the change because the desktop.ini file isn't created. I've been searching around and only found people who want to disable the creation of the file, with no solution. Any help how to enable it?
