How does it work?

Some huge website company partitions out some of its web space. Opens it up to anyone on the internet. Someone then signs up. You may be asked for an email address and the company may sell that address to spammers. After some site is put in the webspace, the company puts adds into the page and make hundreds of dollars in ad revenues.
