KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — The NATO Resolute Support Combined Civilian Casualty Assessment Team (CCAT) in Afghanistan says that it is continuing its inquiry into the Oct. 3 incident involving the bombing of a Doctors Without Borders hospital in northern Kunduz province.
