Hmm, what is it?

Well, it kinda looks like this:

What can you do with it?

Uhm... yeah...

So anyways, I found an interesting article on it here:

Yeah... don't really quite remember my hispanic grandma making anything with that in it.... Or maybe she did !!

But anyways, even though it looks like bird regurgitation I'd give it a shot at trying it.. provided it's mixed with something.. ugh..

I found a couple of recipes for the junk, but alas, no real good ones.

I'm thinking maybe a couple cans of black beans with a can of that slop and an excessive number of dabs of Tobasco sauce, I'd probably be able to eat it in a burrito or something.

They say don't knock it till you try it...

I say it's like being 6 years old and the school serves you spinach for lunch, and it's the first time in your life you ever actually saw that **** Popeye ate, and your like .... "EEWWWEEE" and like, then there is always that wierdo oddball classmate that nobody really likes anyways but is more then happy to eat all the helpings of it he can get.... and and.... AAAAAUUUGGHHH..

Yeah, it's kinda like that.

I just read the article. It appears to be infected fukking corn kernels. Each kernel is afflicted "with black spores" . Affectionately termed..."corn ****". Again....no thank-you. I think it would be great for Fear Factor though.

Cuitlacoche Recipies

Here's some recipes, but I think I'll just consider it my loss for having no interest in trying it.
