Need help signing in to Wild Tangent Games

When I receive an email from Wild Tangent it says "Welcome Back" , then I select a game to play and it shoots me to "sign in" but won't catch, sending me on an endless loop.. I have exhausted all suggestions from the most helpful W T support team who suggests it is a security issue...so please help!!.
