Network and Sharing center of Homegroup unable to display the list of connected networks.

A scan show's that i am missing both my Broadcom netlink gigabit Ethernet drive/device, and my Atheros ARSB wireless network adaptor, i know this is correct, but do-not know where to look for them? I have window's 7 and am connected to a homegroup and

do have internet connection, but when i look at the sharing center it does not show my connection. can someone please help, when it does show my connection it is very weak.
