Mike Shinoda said recently in an interview with KROQ that the band expects their new album to be released towards the beginning of 2007. It will not be the same nu-metal style they have produced in the past. For more information, see Linkin Park's third studio album.

Chester Bennington's side project is entitled Snow White Tan. The album is expected to be released once Linkin Park ends the tour cycle for their next album.
