When Windows 7 Came out I bought an upgrade version to upgrade from XP. Im currently running it on my machine now, but purchased a new SSD id like to be my primary boot drive. I'd like to leave my old SATA drive in the computer as a backup as well as keeping some old files on it, but like I said, I would like the SSD to be my boot drive and primary storage.
What are my options going to be to install windows 7 on the SSD? Id rather not install XP again first (If i can even find the box it came in) Can I use system imaging and backup 7 then restore it on the new drive? I just want to get a clean instal of 7 on the SSD.
Thanks for any help
