The Baltimore Ravens were fined and docked three days of off-season practice time by the NFL on Thursday after a workout violation of wearing pads during a mini-camp for rookies. The amount of the fines to the team and coach John Harbaugh was not disclosed. The Ravens will cancel next week's planned June 1-3 organized team activities, but they still will have seven such workout sessions as well as full mini-camp and training camp practice sessions for players.
