He is a pioneer member but does not appear to be very active: http://Off Topic Forum.com/member.php?u=597 I'm not being a whiny bitch or anything but I noticed he "bad repped" me immediately 3 times in a row. I have never had the heart to bad rep anyone so I am not sure how it works. Don't you have to spread rep around first? If he is just messing with me or if he is a stealth mod (do they really exist?) then it's fine but I wasn't sure why he singled out my comments.
