[North Korea + Nukes = War?]

Well, it appears North Korea ( A extremely poor country ruled by a dictator) has nuclear weapons (though I doubt they can hit US) that could possibly hit Japan. As you all know Japan was pwned by atomic bombs before, and have a weak military. We also know the United States, South Korea, and Japan all are not allies with North Korea. The United States (some will probally say Bush) dosen't like countries (especially ones with dictators) to have nuclear weaponrs. The U.N. passed new sanctions on North Korea not long ago, but North Korea has stated as seeing it as an act of war. China (closest thing to an ally N.K. has) also said the sanctions were to tough. That is just som background information. So what do you guys think will happen? Will the be a war, or will it all just die off? What would you do if you had choice to attack North Korea?

 

Personally I think there will be a war. I don't think North Korea needs to be attacked because I think they are just using there weapons to try to say "HAHA WE GOT NUKES BITCHES!". Then again I think someone should do something to make sure N.K. dosen't try to attack Japan. I also think of N.K. does use nukes on a country it will result in WWIII because U.S. has basically already said they would release nukes on N.K. if N.K. became invovled with nuclear warfare. I think of N.K. were to get attacked China would help and attack U.S. Therefore enemies of both China and U.S. would attack there enemy whether it be U.S. or China, in my opions two most powerful countries in the world.

it really irritates me that ppl never learn. espcially with santions. when a country gets santions they tend to get more way agressive, treaty of versailles all over again....anyways....

 

as for war, i can see a small military conflict happening but not full scale WW3.(hope im right). in addition, were not 100% sure that Kim Jong-il's weapons will actually function properly. There is a high chance that the bomb will just explode on themseleves and kill the north koreans....personally, i think Kim Jong-il just throwing his weight around to get money because he has ecomonically ruined North Korea so much anyways....

Nukes tend to prevent war, if North Korea had no nuke technology but said it was going to begin research, then its more then likely but its unlikely anyone is gonna war soon anyways. And I also believe it will be the neighbouring Asian nations that will be most likely to invade N.Korea but the US & UK will prob support them cause we are kinda trigger happy.

Here in SA everythings sucks except no-one will bomb us hehe frieken norway can beat us with a 10 man army half of our army has aids so they are gonne die anyway rofl making SA useless gotta <3 SA ^_^

I think it might become another Cold War. Because of all the tension and stuff but I really don't think that SK is stupid enough to shoot a nuke anywhere.

According to a Chinese diplomat Kim never appologized it was just rumor started in South Korea
