Not able to access Microsoft and other antivirus websites; running on Windows 7 and have tried...

Mine is an Acer Aspire Z5761 system running on windows 7. All of a sudden I am not able to run antivirus sites including microsoft and the system takes to many other websites with out any control. Trend Micro & Microsoft malicious software removal tool seem not to detect any virus or malware. Files and folders also appear hidden and the system also does not allow system reboot to factory defaults. Frustrated!!
