Guest MisterOh Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 A user is having some issues with offline files on his Windows XP laptop. When he uses the laptop out of the office and makes changes to any file/folder in his offline files, they synchronise fine with no issue. However, when he is in the office he connects wirelessly to the network. Sometimes the wireless disconnects whilst he is working on a file but he doesn't immediately notice since it goes into offlien mode. When the wireless reconnects, he gets prompt to synchronise the file he has been working ok but it fails each time. Has anyone got any suggestions to troubleshoot/resolve?
