I became a fan during the Hybird Theory EP days A friend told me about them so went to their web site and got hooked! I wasn't able to buy the album, although I wanted it very much. Then like....1 1/2-2 years ago I got Meteora and loved it. Then got Hybrid Thoery and so on. Magic Posted July 22, 2005 Share Posted July 22, 2005 The first of LP I saw was the "One Step Closer" video, and maybe listened to Crawling a few times. Then I went out and purchased Hybriid Theory and ever since I've been hooked. I'm not hugely into music, there's not been any band I've loved before other than Linkin Park. There are some other bands that I enjoy listening to but its a wide variety. I just like Linkin Park....Im not hugely into music at all but Linkin Park ...Love all their songs genuinely. Thats why LP rocks. Looking back at it, Hybrid Theory is what? Like 5 years old now? Going to see LP Live in November 03 at Wembley in London was the best day of my life. How many of you can say you have a best day of your life? I never used to but now when anyone asks it has to be seeing LP. I'm sure this will actually change though, once I lose my virginity, get married or have kids. Obviously those are more personal things, but for the meantime going to see LP was the best day in my life. I went to Live 8 in London recently; it was kool but I would have swapped my ticket for any Linkin Park gig (even if it were the case that I was seated a mile away...just give me some binoculars and a hearing aid...just to be in their presence is enough. I think I sort of forgot about them for a while lol and then I remembered them and started downloading a few of their songs. I think "Faint" was among one of the songs I downloaded, and it got me hooked. I went out and bought a second-hand copy of Hybrid Theory, then I receieved Meteora as a Christmas present.
