On my MSE history is says the I have Exploit:JS and that it has been allowed.

My MSE history is showing that I have a severe security threat labeled Exploit:JS/Blacole.AR. It also shows that it was allowed but when I check on the allowed items nothing is there. How do I remove this and is my computer safe?
I am also getting errors on IE mainly security certificate errors on several websites that I am on daily. One of them being Facebook. How can I correct this too?
