I installed 2010 professional on new laptop and messed up with initial wizard set up... outlook is not installed or will not open. when I click on the application to open it it says, "Loading Profile " it hangs there for quite a while and then I receive then the following error "the action can not be completed. The connection to Microsoft is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. "

not sure what or how to fix this... Can you help?
I tried to uninstall and reinstall and when I click on outlook after the reinstall - it does the exact same thing.. It doesn't start fresh from the very beginning to use the wizard for a complete NEW setup. It still read the old set up.
