I was refered here from the Microsoft answers forum.
Here is the issue I posted there:
I have a problem with a user running outlook 2010 on windows XP.
The user is experiencing random crashes that she says is happening at random and they seem to be occurring more often around printing and replying to mails.
Outlook is being used in a Exchange environment.
I have tried repairing the office 2010 installation and reinstalling it.
Both XP and Office 2010 is up to date.
I have disabled all Add-ins except the needed ones.
I'm running one other add-in - Personal folders backup.
The machine is running a panda anti-virus corporate solution.
Here is the event viewer entry:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 14.0.6109.5005, stamp 4e79b881, faulting module mspst32.dll, version 14.0.6108.5000, stamp 4e28ae03, debug? 0, fault address 0x00006c81.
