Hi all,
I am having problems with the deployment of Outlook 2010 and ensuring that when a user runs Outlook for the first time the deafult is to not use Cached Exchange Mode. However, no matter if I set the options in OCT, Policy and by applying a suggested MS patch, does Outlook behave as I want. When looking manually at the option, the check box (as below) is always checked. Have any of you see this behaviour and if so, do you have any advice?
