Outlook: Cursor moves unexpectedly while typing emails and the text is suddenly going in another ar

When typing an email message, my cursor suddenly moves to a new location on its own, sometimes even into the subject line, and my text is entered there.  I am a touch typist, and find this happening.  I am certain I have not taken my fingers off the A
to Z keys.  It is a software glitch.  Does anyone have a solution?
