The American sports network ESPN reported that the Padres tried to hide medical information about their players, including some who were on the trading block, from the league's head office and other teams. "MLB's Department of Investigations conducted the thorough review, which included interviews with relevant individuals from both clubs," the league said in a statement, released on Thursday.
