Password Pretecting Folders?

is there any free software that can let me password folder on my computer? im kinda sick of people accesing things of mine.

Right click the **** folder,click properties,near the bottom of the window click advanced,and there is an option to encrypt data. I think that might work!

It wont.

Windows XP wont allow you to password lock a folder, without the assistance of a 3rd party program.

Im not sure about Vista though.

I used to use a program called Folder Lock, im pretty sure thats the name anyway.

Download that, then google a serial for it.

i think what shadow is saying is lock folder i think thats the name of it..... i used to use it when i was a **** addict.. hahaha not really :> i just put a password on my PC so nobody can login

you could just hide it >.> then put it way under a bunch of folders so it will be almost impossible for example how i use to hide my ****

Make a folder > go to properties > hide (or something like that)

then I would place it somewhere like

C:/My Documents/"folder1"/"folder2"/folder3"/"folder4"....

only give folders real names like: "Justin's Stuff", "Justin's Emulator" and don't leave them empty

You could also put it in a .rar or .ace folder and put a password on it
