Permanently removing a severe software found on my computer

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

After running a Full Scan, MSE again detected: Exploit Java/CVE-2011-3544.E

This dangerous software was first found on 1/28/12, yet it stated under "Action taken", it shows these two detected items were "Removed". Below that, I am advised to "Remove this software immediately"; however, I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THIS DANGEROUS SOFTWARE.
