WASHINGTON (AP) — Retired Army Gen. David Petraeus apologized to Congress on Tuesday for sharing classified information with his biographer-mistress, then pivoted from personal to battlefield policy and labeled the current U.S. strategy for fighting Islamic State in the Middle East "inadequate."
