Go to the n00b's guide Suicide King made in New Member Introductions. It's very useful and necessary to be honest, whether you're a n00b or not.

Find the URL of the pic and post it in the code.%20It%20will%20look%20like%20this%3A%20%5Bimg%5D(URL%20of%20image%20here)

Be sure to leave no spaces. This is the same for posting pics.

First you have to either download it onto a uploading website, or right click, properties, and it tells you the URL, and you put the url between [/img]

Thats not the url of that pic. Its the url of the web page with the pic. You need to right click the pic, properties then copy the text here,

Yeah that they said =P Don't forget to right click the picture and save it, then upload to your own space because I'm sure websites like that won't allow hotlinking (Direct linking).

I find it annoying that you can only have small pics in your sig
that's not true, you can have fairly large one IMO, it's better than only belng allowed 500x75 pix in your sig.

but are you on a broadband connection? if so, then you would find it annoying, but how annoying would you find it if you were on dial-up and had to wait five minutes for all the sigs to load?

^^don't you mean 500x175 you forgot the 1 in front of 75
no, i mean 500x75, maybe it's 400x75, but on a gfx forum i belong to, you're only to have it either 500x75 or 400x75, can't remember. but it's small as ****.

yes, I do have a dial up connection, but once a sig has been loaded, it doesn't need to be loaded again.

The reason why I don't like it is because I want these pics in my sig:

http://www.offtopic.forum/data/MetaMirrorCache/26b935faf58be23bd283650e2456ffa4.jpghttp://www.offtopic.forum/data/MetaMirrorCache/e49e817c681b89819015d76ffe1c2be4.gif

Those pics are in every sig of every screen name I have at every message board.

yeah but see, i know a lot of peple that clear their cache, makes the browser faster. so they have to reload the sigs. and all you have to do is resize those and put em into 1 image, not that hard.
