Hi I hope someone can help me with this one because i am confused the message i keep receiving is on the version windows xp SP3 pro. The symptoms are what ever i am doing after a while the screen freezes and arrow freezes can not bring up task manager no buttons work have to totally shut down with power off button. then reboot. unless it crashes and it reboots itself then i get a blue screen which says The device driver is stuck in an infinate loop the problem file is NV4_disp there are error codes after but not been able to catch them. it will reboot and work ok for a while then crash again. I have looked on the error log and have found the same entries repeatedly from July 2011 leading up to the first crash at the beginning of December 2011 they are ESENT 490,470,439,454,494. Then I have had also Loadperf 3011 in Aug 2011. Then Application error 1000 in october 2011. then netruntime optimization error 1103 indicating shutdown. from november 2011 this entry has come up about 3 times up to now it crashed again yesterday and the last error codes i have is for then and they were esent again 470,490,439,494,454.
Any advice would be great the problem really seemed to get going when i installed samsung kies then uninstalled it. it slowed my system to a virtual standstill and wouldnt work anyway so i got rid of it i know i have not much memory but i deleted tons of stuff pics etc to make way for it but it was still rubbish. now my computer is running much slower than it use to and is always crashing with the blue screen as stated above.
I know it is alot of info but i have put the error messages below to show in more detail the problems that have been occuring thank you all in advance but be assured your help will be greatly appreciated thankyou

The performance counter name string value in the registry is incorrectly formatted. The bogus string is 11478, the bogus index value is the first DWORD in Data section while the last valid index values are the second and third DWORD in Data section.
