Police say woman held hostage

A 53-year old Buffalo man is accused of raping and holding a 24-year old
woman hostage.
Police say Ibery Frazier met the woman at a home on Trenton Street on
Buffalo's lower west side. The police report states on Friday, November 2nd
he took her back to his apartment in the 200 block of Eagle street, tied her
to his bed and raped her 3 times.
The woman told police she was not given any food. She says Frazier let her
go 4 days after police said he lured him to her home. In the police report,
Frazier claims he did have sex with the woman but it was consensual. He also
says the two smoked crack cocaine together.
He is in the Erie County jail charged with rape, and unlawful imprisonment.
