Posting Rules and Guidelines

Take the time to read our rules and guidelines. Failure to follow these simple rules will cause you user account and IP to be banned from further using this site. Always remember you are a guest here and staff reserves the right to remove any posts that break one of these rules and also ban and/or remove the user account that posted the content.

Be aware of the consequences you can encounter if you choose to trade, buy or sell links with any of the members of Spam Forums The Free Advertising Community. Due to the very nature of the internet engaging any buying or selling links could result in lose of revenue or worse.

If another member does not fulfill their obligation on any deal you make on this forum we, the staff of Spam Forums The Free Advertising Community can not be held responsible. Consequently we can not be help responsible for the content of any link posted on this site and can not be help responsible for any thing that might happen when you visit any link on this site that leads to other sites. We can only control what happens here and we will be sure to make this site a safe place to visit. If have a problem with any member please contact us and let us know what happened and we will take appropriate action to ban the user.

This community will be somewhat unmoderated, but there is certain content and actions that we can not or will not allow. If you follow these simple rules then nothing you post will ever be removed and will be here for the rest of time or until the internet is shutdown.

POSTING GUIDELINES:

• Post your thread in the proper forums.
• Don't use more than 1 forum account.
• Don't post duplicate threads.
• If you are replying to a thread, be sure to make a reply that is on topic for the thread you are replying to. Avoid one or 2 word replies.
• Any response to threads that make no sense will be removed. If a member continues to post such replies they will be warned.
• Avoid excessive thread bumping.
• If you have a lot of ads to post don't post them all at once. Post a couple a day. If you use an auto poster set it to post 3 threads in a 24 hour period and no more than that. If you are found to be using an auto poster and breaking this rule we will ban you and the bots IP.
• URL Shortening using a service such as bit.ly is not allowed. Post the full link to the site you are advertising and don't use any method to deceive our users.
• Do not insert manual signature links or spam other peoples threads with links. Create a signature to leave your link when replying to others threads.
• When advertising a few links is good, but more than a few links is an excessive amount and is done only by spammers. Keep it to 2 or 3 links per thread.
• 15 Posts are required for signature links. After your 15TH post you will be able to add 2 links to your signature.
• If you are posting a topic that includes a link it belongs in our Free Advertising Forum unless you are linking to a resource in one of other forums.
• Don't link to any questionable or malicious websites.

Please do not discuss, advertise, or link to any questionable content from the list below or any content others may find offensive. If you find our members doing so please contact us and we will remove the content and warn the user.

CONTENT GUIDELINES:

The following topics are not allowed and the thread will be deleted and your account banned.

• Any pornographic material, adult material, or mature content.
• Illegal drugs of any type, or any drug related paraphernalia.
• Gambling or casino related content.
• Hacking/cracking sites. Warez or virus/malware related site, hate crimes sites or anything that can invade a persons privacy.
• Promotion of fake documents, copyrighted material, sales or distribution of coursework or student essays or paper mills.
• Promotion of illegitimate programs and offers, such as ponzi schemes or high yield investments.
• Content related to weapons or ammunition.
• Any offers for illegal activities, products or services
• Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others.
• Content or site construction intended to deceive or mislead for purposes of increasing traffic or clicks.
• Excessive profanity or violence
• Links shortened using a URL shortener service.
• Promotion or any attempt to profit from human tragedy or suffering that lacks any social, artistic, or political value. This includes any content that may be deemed inappropriate or insensitive to victims of natural disasters or human tragedies..
• Promotion of discrimination that infringes on the legal rights of others.
• Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organization.

These rules and guidelines will be updated periodically so check these often to make sure you know what is and is not allowed on the site.
