problem creating 64 bit PE disk

Referencing http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc766385%28WS.10%29.aspx I am stuck at step 3 adding imagex.exe copy “c:\program files\windows opk\Tools\amd64\imagex.exe” c:\winpe_amd64\mount returns "syntax of command is incorrect" . I can't see where it is wrong. The paths are valid in that they exist. I'm having a terrible time with this 64 bit pe disk creation. any help is valued, Thanks
