Problem with IE 9 Open and Closes

I have a problem with IE 9 where it opens and closes immediately. I have done all the things possible like resetting the browser default settings, reinstall IE9 but still no luck. The problem started after upgrading IE 8 to IE9, but I also can't revert back to IE8 because it is the same issues now. Any advice how to fix this as I believe IE9 caused some corruption.
