Problem with upgrade from vista, to Win7 32bit to Win7 64bit....

Hello,
I have a Compaq Presario F500, which came pre-installed with Vista ...it is now running Win7 32bit.
I am concerned that by installing the 32bit Win7 over the Vista 64bit, i have caused issues for my machine.
It says in device manager that its an ACPI 86x bit PC.

How do i install the 64bit version? Should i install it at all?

is it on the same Win7 disk...or would i have to buy a new one?
